When do I get a confirmation email?

In most cases, you will receive this confirmation email within 1 hour of booking. Also, check your junk email/spam filters. If you didn’t receive any confirmation within a day, get in touch with our customer care service.

How can I request an invoice?

Please check your confirmation email and click “Request an invoice”. Complete the form and submit your request. If you don’t see the link, please contact our customer care.

You can log in to your Bookitngo account and change flight/hotel reservations on your own or you can reach our customer support team.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We usually process the refund within 7 working days of cancellation. However, it may take slightly longer to reflect in your account statement depending on your bank.
