These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation in the Make it Right Offer (“Offer”) provided by Bookit N Go (“we” or “us”). By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1— Eligibility

1.1 The Offer is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a valid account on our online travel platform.

1.2 The Offer is available to both new and existing customers.

1.3 Employees, contractors, and representatives of Bookit N Go, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Offer.

2— Offer Details:

2.1  The offer is valid only for individuals who have encountered a problem or inconvenience while completing travel booked through an online booking platform.. The Offer entitles eligible customers to receive a free night at a participating hotel once this issue is confirmed and validated.

2.2 The offer is only valid at participating hotels and locations, and the customer will be offered a choice to use one of these hotels while receiving the free night.

3— Redemption Process:

3.1 To redeem the free night, eligible customers must:

(a) Describe  the problem (with verification) on a social platform (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and tag Bookit N Go and the online booking platform that was used to book the original travel using the hashtags #letstravelright and #bookitngo

(b) Comply with any additional requirements mentioned in the promotional material or on our website.

3.2 The free night will only be available on certain dates, hotels and locations. The offer is not valid for cash and cannot be changed or modified.

3.3 The free night cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or third-party bookings.

 4— Validity and Expiry:

4.1 The Offer is valid only for the dates and locations mentioned in the promotional material or on our website.

4.2 The free night voucher must be redeemed within the specified validity period, which will be clearly stated in the promotional material or on our website. After the expiry date, the voucher will become void and non-redeemable.

5— Limitations and Restrictions:

5.1 Bookit N Go reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the reported problem and may request further information or evidence before issuing the free night stay

5.2 The free night offer is subject to availability at participating hotels.

5.3 The Offer is limited to one free night per customer.

5.4 The free night cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

5.5 Any additional charges incurred during the free night stay, such as taxes, service fees, or incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6— Modification or Termination:

6.1 We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

6.2 In the event of termination or modification, any already booked nights and associated free night vouchers will be honored, subject to these Terms.

 7— Liability:

7.1 We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the Offer, including, but not limited to, any delay, cancellation, or overbooking of hotel accommodations.

7.2 We shall not be responsible for any third-party acts or omissions, including the quality of hotel accommodations and services.

 8— General:

8.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bookit N Go regarding the Offer, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

8.2 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
